Description

This by far has been my only painting done completely for the first time with acrylics from start to finish without the use of oils.
Though it does lack the lustrous look of an oil painting, it also helped me to finish the painting faster due to quick drying time.

The subject and the title for of the subject was chosen by the buyer himself who particularly liked the dark rutted pathway under the tree canopy.

From the dark foreground to the layers of bright backgrounds displays a lot of contrasting colors as the landscape receeds to the horizon.
